ⓘ If you choose ‘custom shape’ when configuring your print product, you’ll need to specify the shape which needs to be cut. You must supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF and provide a 1px or less vector line:
also known as a cutting path or clipping path, on top of the artwork to define the shape to cut. It’s extremely important that the shape is created as a vector so that our CAD machines can understand it. If it’s not a vector shape, then your order could incur additional artwork costs and delay your print job.

ⓘ For extra peace of mind, we can provide you with a digital proof, which will digitally represent how your artwork will look and help you avoid common pitfalls from incorrectly prepared artwork, such as font substitutions which can happen because of fonts which have not been embedded, converted to paths or rasterised, as well as artwork which has been provided without bleed or if elements of your artwork appear too close to the edge of where it has been trimmed.
